Scottish Manor House
Working on behalf of T. Graham & Son and Mark Gilette Interior Design who together were renovating a large private residence in one of the most beautiful parts of the country. We were commissioned to design and install a pair of contemporary entrance gates, together with a pedrestrian door.

The client required the gates to be constructed internally from stainless steel featuring oak cladding

The oak used was the finest 5 year air dried AA grade

Over time the oak will turn silvery grey complimenting the stainless steel

The finished gates hung ready for the contractor to start constructing the entrance steps

The gates shown in the open position, the gates open towards guests due to the inclining drive

Different view from the front of the gateway

As the gates are manually operated we designed a set of unique 316 stainless steel
sliding bolts that incorporate a dead lock for securing the gates when not in use.

Top hinge pin was turned to compliment the smooth lines of the top curve in the gate

The gates blend beautifully with their surroundings
