The Materials We Use

We only use the finest quality oak in constructing our gates and garage doors which have been seasoned naturally having been air dried for around five years. All the hardwood we use is PEFC certificated and comes from well managed and sustainable English and European sources.

Oak is the finest and most beautiful hardwood and renowned for its durability.  These characteristics have made oak the traditional choice for exterior construction such as gates for many years.  Our gates can be left to weather to a natural, silvery grey over time or treated with a range of finishes to achieve your desired look.
